1. No Refund on Game Participation
- Once a user deposits money into their 52 Cards account, it cannot be refunded unless there is a verified transaction error.
- Entry fees for tournaments and cash games are non-refundable, even in case of disconnection, user inactivity, or gameplay issues beyond our control.
2. Refunds for Failed Transactions
- If a deposit amount is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your 52 Cards wallet, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days after verification.
- If a withdrawal request fails due to technical issues, the amount will be re-credited to your game wallet.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical glitch or user error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
- Users must report such issues within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team.
4. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Activities
- If a user initiates a chargeback request without valid grounds, their account may be suspended or permanently blocked.
- Refunds will not be provided if we detect any fraudulent activities, unauthorized gameplay, or policy violations.
5. How to Request a Refund
- For refund requests, users must:
