- Permanent account closure and/or legal action will be taken against users providing fraudulent details
Account Suspension & Rejection
- Repeated use of the same mobile number for multiple registrations
- Same set of KYC documents used across multiple accounts
- Mismatched names in KYC and bank/API verification
Flagged Accounts Review
- Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will undergo manual verification
- If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently suspended
- Users found violating fraud policies will have all deposits and winnings forfeited
Withdrawals & Processing Fees
- Name on KYC documents and bank account must match exactly for withdrawal approval
- Withdrawable amount: Only winnings (not bonus amounts) can be withdrawn
- A 30% TDS is deducted on withdrawals as per applicable tax laws. Users are requested to refer our TDS policy for further details

Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours post-verification (subject to working hours / days or force majeure conditions).
Once players load money through UPI, the same UPI address (VPA) will receive withdrawals / payouts necessarily. In case there is an alternate UPI ID for the same player, relevant supporting proof along with email from registered email id needs to be sent to us for approval before initiating withdrawal.

Incomplete Onboarding Restrictions
- Players cannot access deposits without completing basic KYC or withdrawals without completing full valid KYC
